On Friday, November 18th, The Association of Fundraising Professionals Silicon Valley Chapter held their annual Philanthropy Day awards luncheon. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society was proud to nominate and honor Jenny Bradanini and the Power in Purple team for all their tremendous work on behalf of our organization.
Along with her family and fellow Power In Purple (PIPs) team members Theresa Edington, Kaye Harrell and Dawn Steffler (not in attendance were Marry Cannon and Kaleo Clay), Jenny attended the Honoree Reception and Luncheon last Friday where they were recognized and honored for their tremendous collective efforts.
Jenny has been a supporter of LLS for over two years. She is a dedicated, motivated, and energetic volunteer, logging over 500 volunteer hours in 2010 alone and directly influencing over $125,000 in contributions to date.
As part of their annual fundraising efforts, the PIPs will be hosting their annual Holiday Teddy Bear Tea Party.
