For today’s post we wanted to take a moment to tell you about an upcoming event The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is having to honor our amazing honorees! Here to tell us about it is TNT Manager Rachel Van Wyk.  Take it away, Rachel!

The LLS Honorees and Patients are the heart and soul of the LLS mission. They inspire our Team In Training athletes, help focus us during our Light The Night Walks, lead students to success in Pennies for Patients, and motive our Man & Woman of the Year candidates. They are our H.E.R.O.’s!

We are excited to announce that next Wednesday, LLS will be putting on a special Honoree and Patient Services Social. We will be celebrating together with an evening of food, fun, and friends. There will be a brief overview of programs and opportunities available at LLS, and the rest of the night will be dedicated to getting to know each other as a community.

The event will be held on Wednesday, April 20th from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the Mountain View Support Community located at The Vineyard, 455 North Whisman Road, Suite 300 Mountain View, CA 94043.
